Custom Jewelry Design
During the initial phase of design we discuss your vision for the custom piece of your dreams! We will assist in the design process to ensure your vision can be most beautifully realized. The first appointment is where we address topics such as timeframe, sourcing of materials, design aesthetic, and budget.
Initial Consultation 60 minutes - NO CHARGE
Sketchwork Design Fee $200
At the point of design approval, a half-down deposit is collected to begin construction. From the point of deposit the project takes about eight to ten weeks to reach completion.
Estate Consultation and Redesign
Bring in your collection of estate pieces! We have estate consultations in 30 and 60 minute intervals. There are many avenues to explore when dealing with estate pieces. We love revitalizing classic pieces and restoring them back to their former glory, with a modern twist!

Jewelry Repairs
We are here and happy to come to the rescue with any of your jewelry tragedies! Our team of experts can come up with clever solutions to solve nearly any issue.
Due to the complex nature of jewelry repair, we cannot provide any kind of an estimate over the phone, or in-person, about your item without physically having it in-hand.
Due to size constraints in our studio, we handle a majority of our repairs on an insured and secured off-site location. Our repairs typically turn-around in two weeks, however, we can complete repairs in a faster time frame for the expedited service fee.

We offer pearl restringing as an aspect of our repair services!
Prices on pearl restringing vary depending on the length of the piece and whether there are or are not knots present in the piece

Appraisals
We work with Carolina Jewelry Appraisers located in the Carr Mill Mall, just upstairs from our studio. We work very closely with the gemologist Chaya to ensure your items are treasured and safegaurded as they are evaluated for appraisal.
We also work with incredible gemologist team, Rebekah Anderson and Dana Turley of Earth Pebbles Gemology. Not only are they talented professionals, they also have been dear friends and colleagues of our shop owner Karl Linger for decades.
We can take in items to be appraised and returned, especially if the item is being repaired by us. If you feel uncomfortable leaving your items, you can book an appointment through Chaya directly and have your appraisal done in-person.
Appraisals are $150 per item
